Passenger Elevator

Passenger elevators are manufactured with load capacity of 272, 340, 408, 544, 680, 844, 1360 kg and speed movement up to 0.65m/sec. A passenger elevator is designed to move people between a building's floors which is generally used in the dwelling houses, administrative and residential buildings, hotels, banks and offices.

Our latest passenger lift comprises V3F close and open loop microprocessor Controller with sophisticated steel car and latest electronic components that have low power consumption and are also maintenance free. We offer different types of cabin using material such as M.S., S.S., Glass, Hairline Finish etc. We provide the latest version of doors and cabin for both Auto Door and Manual Doors Elevators.

Two different types mostly used:

  • Machine Room MR Elevators
  • Machine Roomless MRL Elevators

Machine Room MR Elevators

This elevator has ropes that pass over a wheel attached to an electric motor located above the elevator shaft. The main function of the ropes is to raise and lower the elevator car. It can be used for both mid and high-rise applications and can travel much faster than hydraulic elevators.
Like other elevator types, this system uses a counterweight, which eliminates the weight of the occupants and the car so that the motor has an easier job moving the elevator load.

Machine Roomless MRL Elevators

Another common type of elevator is known as a machine roomless or MRL elevator. Rather than requiring a separate machine room, these elevators tend to take up less room because they don’t require that additional space. Almost all machine roomless elevators are gearless traction elevators. It can only be accessed through the top of the elevator car whenever maintenance is required.
There are several advantages to installing an MRL elevator, including faster installation time and lower space requirements. However, they do tend to have higher energy consumption than other elevators because they use power even when they’re not in use. They may also be more expensive to service than some other elevators.
